Additional Notes:

o TL/IM/MSTL/MSIMD -Orders will be held until they reach minimum 30,000lbs 2400 cube or

maximum 40,000lbs 2700 cube (depending on # of stops) or they reach 5 business days from allocation.

▪ These will be planned in the JB System and sent to the J.B Hunt scheduling team.

o LTL – Orders will be held until the 5th business day from day (allocation day) in order to try optimizing with TL/IM orders

for cost savings (exceptions include order types/ freight terms that require to be planned/shipped same day or TL only customers).

▪ LTL standard metrics: Max quantity 7,000 lbs./ 7 pallets/ 700 cubes.

o Partial – For loads between 7000 and 23,000lbs at the fifth hold day, JBH to request quote from Partial carrier(s).

If quote is competitive, then loads are to be booked partial.

o Parcel - Used only when weight of the order is less than 150lbs (some items are excluded)

(NOTE:The password above is the original password that you will receive when your user ID is setup on TOTO Sales.  You MUST change this password)

5.How do I change my password?  Click on Self Service and then click on Change

Password.  Follow screen instructions.

6.What if I forget my password or cannot sign on?  Check to make sure your caps lock is not on.  If that does not work, click on Forgot Password (under the Sign In button), enter your user ID and email address and you will be sent a new password.
